Mr. Henry T. Wilfong, Jr., 80, transitioned on Sunday, June 2, 2013 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
He was a native of Ingalis, AR. He resided in Savannah, GA for over six years. He was a Veteran of U.S. Army. He was the founder of National Association of Small Disadvantaged Business (NASDB).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry T. Wilfong, Sr. and Geraldine Russell; brothers, Lenon Steppes and Quenton Steppes.
Survivors are: wife, Wyllene Watson Wilfong; daughter, Bernetta Wilfong Morning; sons, Justin and Brian Wilfong; sister, Bobby Jean Wilfong Barnes; stepchildren, Damion Davis and Rodney George; eight grandchildren, sisters-in-law, Hon. Diane E. Watson, Patricia A. Watson-Bradfield, and Rylona A. Watson, brother-in-law, William A. Watson, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 10, 2013 at Speedwell United Methodist Church, 7259 Skidaway Rd Savannah, GA. Rev. J. Michael Culbreth, Pastor. Military Honors.
